Community Update is an information service from Scott Morton, Vanguard Properties, that shares recent real estate activity near your home.

Community Update text messages

• Program: Community Update from Vanguard Properties. Messages share neighborhood real estate updates you have asked for, and replies to your questions about your home.
• How you join: by checking the text-message consent box when you request a Community Update (including on Facebook or Instagram), or by replying YES to our text.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Stop: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, call (415) 650-2308 or email scottmorton@vanguardsf.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We never share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
